1901 CensusWilliam and Maria appeared on the 1901 Census of Dufferin, Manitoba. They lived with William's parents and four siblings. William was 26, born 14 Oct 1875 in rural Ontario, Methodist, and a farmer. Maria was 23, born 25 Sept 1877 in Manitoba, of Scotch origin, religion Church of England, and could speak French. Their children were Edward (4) and Violet (1.)3 
Land Record In 1905, Fraser Oliver received a Western Land Grant in Alberta, signifying that he had improved the land and now held the title. His 160 acres was the NE part of Section 6 Township 32 Range 2 W5 and his father held an adjoining part.5 
1906 CensusFrazer [sic] and Maria appeared on the 1906 Census of Alberta, at Section 6 Township 32 Range 2 W5, enumerated 24 Jun 1906. They were living in the same section as Frazer's parents. Their post office address was Didsbury. Frazer's livestock included 14 horses, 7 milk cows, 94 other cattle, and 22 hogs.
Frazer was 32 and born in Ontario. Maria was 27 and born in Manitoba. Their children were Edward T (8), Violet (7), Harrey (5), Mary (3), and Eliza (1). The first 3 were born in Manitoba and the two youngest in Alberta.6 
1916 CensusW Fraser and Maria appeared on the 1916 Census of Saskatchewan, at Township 46 Range 20 W3. Their post office was Paynton, which is about 35 miles NW of Battleford. Fraser was 41, born in Ontario, and a farmer. Maria was 36 and born in Manitoba. Their family included Edward T C (19), Harry A (14), Mary A (13), Eliza B (11), Lauretta B (5), and Arthur R (4). The first two children were born in Manitoba, the next two in Alberta, and the last two in Saskatchewan.7 
1921 CensusWilliam F and Maria Lennie Oliver appeared on the 1921 Census of Paynton, Saskatchewan, at Section 2 Township 46 Range 20 W3. They owned their 3 room wood house. William was Methodist, the rest of the family Anglican.
William F was 51, born in Ontario, father born in England, mother in Ontario race Cree [sic], and was a farmer working on his own account.
Maria was 43, born in Manitoba, father born in Scotland, mother in Manitoba.
Their children were Edward Thos (23), Harry (19, student), Loretta (10, student), Arthur (9, student), Carrie (4), and Edith (5 months). Edward and Harry were born in Manitoba, the rest in Saskatchewan.8 
Note.
Fraser farmed not far from his father, Richard Oliver, in the Springside District. He married Maria Lennie. They moved to Bresaylor, Saskatchewan before 1910. Fraser passed away about 1948.9
