Land Record In 1906, brothers Levi Parker Oliver and Fletcher Kyle Oliver received patents to their Western Land Grants in Alberta, signifying that they had improved the land and now held the titles. Fletcher's 160 acres was the NW part of Section 6 Township 31 Range 3 W5 and Parker's was the NE part of Section 6 Township 31 Range 3 W5.3,2 
1906 CensusParker appeared on the 1906 Census of Calgary, Alberta, at 734 8th Ave W, enumerated 24 Jun 1906. He was a lodger, single, age 22, and born in Ontario.4

1911 CensusLevi Parker and Lottie Josephine Oliver appeared on the 1911 Census of Calgary, Alberta, at 718 3rd Ave W. Levi Parker was 27, born in April 1884 in Ontario, was a contractor working on his own account, and held $2,000 of life insurance costing $42. Lottie was 21, born in January 1890 in Ontario and had $1,000 of life insurance. With them was Lottie's sister Olive Elizabeth Welch as well as two roomers.5 
1921 CensusL Parker and Lottie J Oliver appeared on the 1921 Census of Westerdale Municipality, Alberta, at Section 9 Township 33 Range 2 W5. They owned their 4 room wood house and the family's religion was Methodist.
Parker was 39, born in Ontario, father born in England, mother Irish, and was a farmer working on his own account. Lottie was 30, born in Ontario, father Ontario, mother Australia. They had an adopted son, Daulton P Oliver (age 5, born in Alberta, parents born in Ontario, Scotch origin). Lodging with them was a Norwegian farm laborer who earned $500.6 
DeathLevi died in Jun 1969.7

In 1901 Parker Oliver took up a homestead in the Rugby District. While working on his homestead he bought horses and sold them in Calgary and Lethbridge.
At the age of 21, in 1904, Parker sold his homestead and went to Calgary where he worked at cement contracting. He married Lottie Welch and lived in Calgary for some time. In 1914 they bought a farm west of Olds in the Hainstock District. They sold this in 1952 and moved to Innisfail.
Parker Oliver passed away in June 1969 at the age of 87 years.7
