1901 CensusSylvanus Ainsworth and Mary Patience Fernee appeared on the 1901 Census of Norton, Derbyshire, at 27 Valley Road, enumerated 31 Mar 1901. Sylvanus Ainsworth was 52, worked as a Steel Smelter, and was born in Highgate. Mary Patience was 52 and born in Handsworth Birmingham Warwickshire. Their children Florence, Elizabeth and Lily were living with them and grandson Sylvanus Eyre was also in the household.10 
DeathSylvanus died in 1904 in Sheffield, Yorkshire.11
