Information given at admission: had a pension $22.50, born in Canada, age 74, height 5'6", fair complexion, gray eyes and hair, protestant, farmer, residence Riverside, California, single, nearest relative: friends Mrs Fellows and Samuel Evans of Riverside. He died in the home and his personal effects were sent to Wm H Polkinghorn.6 |
