MilitaryHe was a private with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada in WW2. He was the son of John Norman and Annie Myrtle MacLeod; nephew of Helen B. Hobbs, of Port Arthur, Ontario.1 
DeathRoss died on 5 Aug 1943 while serving overseas and is buried in the Agira Canadian War Cemetery in Sicily.1,3
