BaptismSamuel was baptized on 16 Dec 1772 in St Ebbe Oxford, Oxfordshire. He was noted to be the son of Joseph & Eliz: Ferney.1 
Research Note Note: a Mary Portlock was a witness at the marriage of Samuel Fernee of St Ebbe Oxford & Ann Slatter in 1793. Samuel Frederick Fernee, born c1793, parents not yet known, married a Maria Portlock. Perhaps Samuel Frederick is a son of Samuel & Ann.
Update October 2016: Yes he is, baptism found. 
MarriageSamuel Fernee married Ann Slatter on 11 Feb 1793 in South Hinksey, Berkshire.
Information from the parish register: Samuel Fernee of the Parish of St Ebbe in the City of Oxford, bachelor; Ann Slatter of South Hinksey, widow; They were married in the chapel by License and the witnesses were Mary Portlock and Thomas Synnott. Samuel & Ann both signed their own names - Samuel wrote his forename as Samuell.2 
Research Note Marriage license not yet found. 
DirectorySamuel Fernee was listed in the 1794 Oxford directory as Samuel Fernce, Victualler (Hind's Head.)3 
Research Note Their son Samuel was living in Middlesex in 1816 and Samuel's wife Ann was buried in St Luke's Chelsea in 1825. 
DeathSamuel died before Sep 1825.4
